  • Project Cancellation by Client: If a project is canceled by the client before the commencement of any work, a full refund of the initial deposit may be granted.
  • Project Non-Delivery: If McAnderson Associates Limited fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the stipulated time frame, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to the evaluation of the circumstances.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If the client is not satisfied with the quality of the delivered service, a refund request may be submitted within 30 days of the service delivery. The request will be reviewed, and a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and the reasons for dissatisfaction.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if the client changes their mind after the commencement of work.
  • Scope Changes: If the client requests changes or additions to the project scope after the initial agreement, these changes are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Issues: Refunds will not be issued for delays or issues caused by third-party services or platforms that are beyond our control.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the client must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Send an email to info@mackeet.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the project details, reasons for the refund request, and any relevant documentation.
  2. Review: Our team will review the request within 10 business days and may contact the client for additional information or clarification.
  3. Decision: The client will be informed of the decision via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.

Return of Deliverables

If a refund is granted, the client must cease the use of any deliverables provided by Mackeet and delete any copies in their possession. MacKeet reserves the right to request proof of deletion.
